These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") apply to truecostenroll.com (the "Site"), operated by TrueCost Group ("TrueCost Group," "we," "us" or "our"), an independent insurance agency. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are and what the Site is

TrueCost Group is an insurance agency. We help individuals and families compare and enroll in dental, health and accident insurance plans issued by the insurance carriers we represent. We are not an insurance carrier, and we do not provide dental, medical or other health care services. The Site describes our services and gives you ways to contact us. It does not quote, sell or issue insurance on its own.

This Site is a solicitation for insurance. Nothing on it is an offer of coverage, a guarantee of eligibility, price or benefits, or a contract of insurance. Only the policy or certificate issued by a carrier states what is covered.

2. Use of the Site

The Site is intended for adults. By using it you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that any information you give us is accurate, and that you will use the Site only for lawful purposes. Please do not interfere with the Site's operation or security, copy its content by automated means, misrepresent who you are, or use the Site to send unsolicited communications.

3. Communication consent

Contacting us allows us to respond to your specific request. It does not enroll you in recurring text messages or authorize unrelated marketing. We obtain separate permission before enrolling you in recurring messages and prior express written consent for marketing calls or texts whenever required by law or our messaging provider. This includes applicable calls using an artificial or prerecorded voice. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may withdraw consent by replying STOP, telling our agent, or calling 1-888-788-8285.

4. Text messaging terms

• Program description. If you opt in to recurring text messages from TrueCost Group, you will receive informational and account-related messages about your request and your plan, such as the quotes you asked for, appointment reminders and plan updates, at the mobile number you provide. Messages that promote products or services are sent only with the separate consent described in Section 3.
• Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. After you opt out, we stop the messages covered by your request. We may send one non-promotional confirmation. We also honor any other reasonable request to stop.
• Rejoining. To receive recurring texts again, complete a new opt-in for that messaging program. A new inquiry alone does not restart your subscription.
• Help. Reply HELP to any message, call 1-888-788-8285.
• Frequency and rates. Message frequency varies with your request and your plan. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan.
• Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy. Mobile numbers and SMS consent records are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. See the Privacy Policy.

5. Insurance information, no advice

Plan descriptions on the Site are general summaries for information only. Premiums, benefits, networks, exclusions, limitations and availability are set by each carrier, vary by state and can change. Final eligibility and pricing are determined by the carrier when it reviews your application. Nothing on the Site is legal, tax, financial or medical advice. This website provides general information. Any recommendation made by an agent remains subject to the duties imposed by applicable insurance law. Read the carrier's policy documents before you buy.

6. Compensation

Ask your agent for an itemized explanation of premiums and any agency, enrollment, membership, administration or policy fees before you apply. Insurers compensate us for policies placed through our agency. Compensation varies by insurer and product and may create incentives to recommend particular products. We provide compensation disclosures required by applicable law, including additional information on request where required.

7. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos and software, are owned by or licensed to TrueCost Group and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other copying, distribution or use requires our written permission.

8. Third-party services and links

We use service providers, including hosting, phone and text-messaging systems and a customer relationship management system, to operate the Site and our services, and the Meta Pixel for advertising measurement unless you opt out. We remain responsible for our obligations under applicable privacy law when we use service providers. Independent third parties, including insurance carriers and advertising platforms, may also process information under their own privacy notices. The Site may link to websites we do not control; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and any warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrueCost Group and its owners, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. These limitations do not exclude or restrict liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, violations of law, or any liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. They do not limit our obligations in soliciting, recommending, procuring, or servicing insurance.

11. Governing law and concerns

Applicable federal and state law governs these Terms. Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer protection or insurance-law right. You may contact us to discuss a concern, but doing so is voluntary and is not required before contacting a regulator, seeking urgent relief, or exercising a legal right. You may also contact your state's department of insurance about any insurance-related concern.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Changes apply prospectively from the stated effective date. We will provide additional notice and obtain consent where required by law.
